As a homeschool mom to 4, sometimes it is really hard to find the time and motivation to prioritize fitness. So I’ve been making a commitment to myself to move my body every day, even if it is only to do a 30-minute workout video or take a walk. I put on cute workout clothes and a pair of sneakers and get it done!

I always forget about these. I definitely need some especially for going on our nature hikes!
